Resident Review of Madison Gateway
I have lived at Madison Gateway for almost a year. It is a beautiful community with resort quality amenities. The maintenance ... crew literally fixes issues within an hour of the request and are so incredibly helpful and friendly. They wave to me every morning when I leave for work and I just love that Mr. Roger's neighborhood feel. I work in Carillon Center and am grateful to live in such a beautiful community so close to work. Management is also very friendly and prompt in responding to all my inquiries. I also love the activities Management plans for the community such as food trucks and holiday parties. Additionally, I feel that the surrounding areas outside the complex are beautiful and safe with miles of walking paths around the lakes. In short, I will never move to another apartment complex. I would only leave if I purchased a home or relocated. The only thing I would change would be for each unit to have one assigned parking space, and additional residents living in the same unit would have to park less conveniently. This community truly feels like home. The minute we found it, we knew it would be the best fit for us. The maintenance staff ... and office team (shoutout to Stewart, Alexis, and Tammy) are always there with a smile and helping hand. Any maintenance request is fixed within 24 hours of placing it. The neighborhood is very well kept, clean, and beautiful. I have nothing less to say as I have never been so happy to live somewhere! This is definitely the best place I’ve lived at so far! This is the most responsive maintenance team we have ever experienced. We have rented apartments at several properties in ... Florida and we continue to be impressed with the same day service that we receive. We recently noticed the blinds in our living room were starting to unravel due to age. These apartments are a great place to live. I am brand new to St Pete and the location of Madison Gateway is close to everything ... you need. I visited 4 neighboring communities before choosing Madison and I am so glad that I made the right choice. All the other communities are constructed with wood and it was apparent that noise was a big issue. No such troubles at Madison. The fitness center and pool are good but I particularly like the business center - a quiet place to work from home or study! The staff and maintenance crew are awesome and will always help with anything you need. I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. Madison Gateway is an amazing apartment complex to live at. I lived here for over a year, the leasing team is beyond helpful, maintenance is so quick to fix any issue, the location is amazing. I have 0 complaints from living at this apartment complex.

The community is clean , lots of fun happy people, when you have maintenance requests they are quickly resolved , the office staff go above and beyond all the time as do the maintenance staff always friendly and happy.
